Dear ComEd,
I notice that our power restoration time of 8:23 p.m. enabled you to claim that our total outage was "less than 24 hours", because the clock on the stove flashed "8:26" when it came back on, meaning you beat the 24-hour deadline by 3 minutes.
Please tell your customer service reps that "Have a nice day" does not go over well with customers who are without power. Ditto "May I help you with anything else?" when they have in fact not helped with anything in the first place. Also, telling customers they are low priority because "only" 14 homes on the street have no power isn't particularly helpful, either.
