Not Feeling well
It's tuesday morning and within about 15 minutes here I should be leaving my home and heading down to class. However I really don't feel so well and the thought of sitting around and then playing soccer doesn't seem to appeal to me. Though I do love Soccer and playing it is a lot of fun. THursday we go and teach at Howe Elementary so that should be interesting. We have to teach the kids how to Tackle(not the same as football) which may cause some troubles. Eh, we'll make it fun.
So I decided that I'm going to skip class and sit here and update my journal. Also hang out with my dogs and watch some Sex and the City. Or something to that effect. Maybe if I start to feel better I'll take the two for a walk. It's a trip trying to take both of them for a walk. They like to criss cross each other as much as possible to make it difficult and tangle me in a huge knot of leash and dog. Jada just has so much energy and we need to walk her so she isn't always cooped up in the house. She's a young pup and loves to run! I'm going to teach her how to catch a frisbee at some point.
I can't wait for summer. I only have a week and a half left of driving down to Detroit. Then I can relax and take the summer off. I won't have to drive down for classes until September. Thank goodness. My gas tank and wallet will appreciate it.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do this summer. I want to take a lot of trips and do fun things. I also will probably end up working a lot of shifts at the restaurant until I get sick of it and want to shoot myself. Trish is no longer our GM, she was let go, so now we have Christina back. I really have no opinion on her right now. I just don't work enough to know what she's like. But once softball is over I'm going to pick up a lot of shifts during the week. I know that Weekends are when you make money but I really have a lot of fun hanging out with my boyfriend on the weekends and being lazy. Plus I can't go back to working sunday night shifts because I love my Grey's and Des Housewives nights. Too bad it's almost summer and everything will be in repeats. But The 4400 should be back on. That show is great!
We were supposed to have our first softball game last friday but it got rained out. Now our next game is scheduled for Wednesday and once again it's supposed to rain all day. I hope we get to play, I'd really like to get a game in before they go on spring break next week. I'm just sick of practicing and I really want to get playing so I can see what they can do and then figure out what I forgot to teach. We'll see.
