In our theatre, defintely. We went to Rave. We got there 25 minutes early to get good seats. There were already at least 50 people in there, all nerds. Not normal nerds. This was like surreal nerds.. like the type of nerd you see in movies and you're like, no one could actually be that nerdy in real life. Apparently people can. They were just talking it up, cracking dumb jokes and talking about orcs and wizards. Jenny was like, if they start to ruin the movie for me, can we just leave, get our money back and watch it another time? We were expecting the worst from the crowd.

They DID shut up when the movie started though, and that was a good thing. It was probably due to the fact that before the credits started, someone from Rave came in and talked to us for like 5 minutes. Apparently they now have a code of conduct. If you're talking and being obnoxious during a movie, or your phone rings, or it's lit up or whatever, they reserve the right to throw you out without a refund. If someone is bothering you, you can report it and they will be thrown out. I like that.

New Orleans idiots probably did something stupid and now there are rules, but since it will get rid of the idiots when they are idiotic, I'm all for it.

Serenity ROCKED, though. I can't say that enough. Don't forget those blank DVDs.

haha dumb nola people.

i have sony dvd+rws that hold 4.7 gigs/120 minutes. is that good enough or do i need to pick up some other ones?

haha.....no i assure you that the remains anonymous guy is a real person :-D however, if i really WAS sending myself messages as the remains anonymous guy, i would be a very sad person in need of help :(

that's perfect. it's like 5.3, 5.6 gigs, so it'll definitely fit on 2 of those.
