On Friday I had agreed to look at one of the Vet assistant's child's school pet, it wasn't eating. The trip brought me to a preschool just outside of Brooklyn. Of course, with my luck I arrived at story time and the students were listening to Goldilocks and the Three Bears.
What are the odds of that happening?
That's not the end of it. When is it ever? The entire class, aside from the little, blue-eyed kid eating glue in the corner started calling me Goldilocks. I was so flustered that I nearly dropped their pet lizard into the full sink, where it would have likely met its death.
So, I decided to pose a question. Does anyone know if younger children can sense tales? I don't think it is likely, but children are open minded and are able to comprehend several things better than adults. The situation just struck me as too odd to be a coincidence.
I need coffee. Is there anyone willing to talk to me about this over a cup?
