This is truly disgusting. After irreparably shattering my windows, the foul creatures have swarmed into food supplies, manuscripts, appliances and god only knows what else.
Needless to say, little will be had in the way of productivity today...
nothing post,
curse,
hide the breeeeead,
taking up space,
locusts,
10 plagues of egypt

The locusts, I mean.

It's no different from eating shrimp. Or lobster. Or crabs. Same family, less legs, more wings.

Catch some and boil them! That's less messy than smashing them all over things--and they eat their dead.

I have before stated, I am not one to cook. Especially when, as you say, they consume their dead and thus would be attracted by the possible meal in corpses. Still, your attempts at assistance are welcomed.

There's other people here who like cooking. They could help!
And I don't know about that. It's the scent they're attracted to--if you can keep them out of your house long enough, boil the ones you catch. Then wrap the shells in, uhm, plastic and throw it back outside.

They are busy, I believe, with their own infestation.
My window is broken, and thus that plan is, however meritorious, impossible at moment. I myself am currently more concerned with keeping them out of my hair and clothing. Still, thank you for your attempted assistance.

Hmmm. Easy answer would be take off your clothes, so then you've got less to worry about. No rooms without windows?
You're welcome.
You should try them sometime when you can get them cooked. They're good.

The windows where broken early in the day, and the beasts have thus had time to invade the entirety of my abode.
Of course.
I will keep that in mind, thank you.

Kind of disgusting, but if you block the space under the door, no more can get in.
