Can somebody answer me a quick Ordo question?
Academies. If you hold a rank in an academy and are a member of a particular branch of the Sworn (say Axe or Dying Light) do you have the power to discipline somebody not of your academy? Or do you only hold power over those within your academy? What about these Twilight Judge things?
I can't quite figure it out from the book...
