I clearly have a very sexy phone manner...
I've just spoken to a woman authorising treatment for a cervical lesion who used this as a chance to flirt shamelessly (apparantly she "will have to be gentle with it for a few weeks, but then..."). Unfortunately I had a bit of a laughing fit over this, which my boss heard.
He thought it was very funny, so I won't get shouted at, but I'd be very surprised if he didn't go and listen to the call just to hear it for himself.
The caller was laughing just as much as I was, which I don't think helped.
Sometimes I speak to the oddest people...
