District Chorus was pretty good. I thought that the piece selection was questionable (see below). There were some noticeable technical areas with which the group could have improved (dynamics on some pieces and diction in almost all of the songs). Generally, though, the group was good. I miss singing with that type of select group. Unfortunately, unless I go back to college or something, I think my days of singing in that type of ensemble are over.
Here's the list of pieces from the program. The group was under the direction of Dr. John Paul Johnson out of the University of Kansas.
