Been a couple weeks since I last posted. I had quite an eventful Thanksgiving vacation. It was great to see the family and party with good friends.

Completed the annual Turkey Trot with my father but I couldn't get my time under an hour. I still have a few more minutes I need to shave to get my 10k under an hour.

In other news...... I swear my body is falling apart. I had a pinched nerve in my upper neck which left my shoulder/left arm/fingers numb for a good month. I finally went to see a trigger point therapist who pretty much loosned me up. I didn't realize how much tension I had in my upper neck. The effects were a bit depressing. It's great I can finally sleep normal and do BJJ and lift again but ,y left tricep and pectoral has lost almost 80% of its strength. Hard to believe these muscles atrophied so fast. I'm lucky that I still have normal strength in my bicep and grip. The main areas I lost strength in is the ability to push off my left arm. It is almost comical to see me bench press. My right arm shoots up but my left arm struggles. BJJ is even worse sense my left arm has always been my most strongest and dominant. My isolation exercises to rehab it back par is going good. I just wish I could have that strength back asap.

My last class for the fall is today. It will be good to have this month and a nice vacation holiday to just relax, exercise, game, and party.

I can definitely say I feel recovered. I am blessed to have a great loving family and incredible caring friends.
