Time to detox

Crazy Party Hectic Weekend Complete! Time to rest up for two months and give the body a much needed break. Spookfest & Afterparty was fun on Friday. Saturday night I took Maria out to dinner then we went to a costume party with Phong's group. Sunday we rested and watched the Giants win the world series with a full sweep against Detroit.

Yes body... I can feel it... especially in my heart. Time to get back into the usual healthy exercise routine. My body has earned it :-).
