Got into an accident yesterday.
I'm fine i'm fine left leg is alittle bruised up but thats it. The bike isn't though the front tire got all bent up, the handle bar got bent in another direction, the chain got unhooked from the gears, and the front brakes got tweaked.
Its lucky i got a bike mechanic who gave me the bike a few houses up otherwise I'd be out of transportation it was both of our faults so i can't do anything. i was about to cross here:

I was crossing on a green (but that hand was red) and i thought the driver had saw me but he had his head turned when i was about to cross he pulled forward and did a hard bump into me i fell but lucky i had my backpack it broke my fall. He rolled down his window after i got up and asked if i was ok and if anything was broken i wanted to get off the road before i got hit again so i did a quick test to see if i was really ok and said i was fine he took off afterwords. All i remember from him was that he had a white scion but i don't really care I'm just glad to be alive and glad to have my bike being worked on. I just gotta be more careful next time...
Landlord came down today. he wanted to know what happened to the $47.00 we owed him. now don't get us wrong we put rent as a top priority but this month was just hard on us even when my $400 came in. i told him that we would pay today but the check never came so now i don't know what to do. guess hes gotta wait...
At least i had something to blog about. later...
