Ok, so my family are fine, which was the main thing I was worried about. My brother's still a dick but that's not new. Mam says she hasn't heard from Dean, though. I may try owling his parents again now that no-one will be reading our mail.
I'm grounded, though! Mam noticed that I wasn't wearing my prefect badge and I had to tell her what happened, and that coupled with the LOVELY letter that she got from the Carrows a few days ago means I'm confined to my room for a few days. HOWEVER, I still have this thing to keep me entertained and no lessons and no homework and Christmas is soon and I CAN WATCH TV. Top Gear, how I missed you. I'd like a car, actually. Although it wouldn't beat flying. And you have to pass a test.
So, everyone got home ok, yeah? And everyone's family is ok, yeah? I'll tell you something, I've really missed reading the Prophet. It may be a bunch of bullshit but at least we know what's going on out there.
