It's really cool. There's a buncha them down here, serving sushi and waddling about. They're really friendly.

[She's sitting at one of the tables, a platter of sushi laid out for her. She's considering her next roll very carefully.]

[It takes him some time to get there (he's not very familiar with the ship's layout quite yet), but he eventually does. There's no one else there but the bears ("How interesting! Is it difficult to hold knives with those claws?" "Grawwrggh." "I see.") and Jenny, so he wanders over to her with a charming smile.]

Excuse me, Iníon, are you the woman I was talking to several minutes ago?

[She smiles up at him, putting down her chopsticks. He's handsome, in a polished kind of way. She knows the type.]

I think so? I'm Jenny.

You certainly sound like her. May I?

[He sits down opposite her and holds out a hand for her to shake.]

I'm Cadence, Cadence Wayward.

[goinglightly]

[Shakes his hand, then looks up at the bear that comes over with a menu.]

I call that one Charlie. And that one over there is Two Bit Tony, and that's Frankie the Twitch.

[He laughs and accepts the menu with a nod.]

Did it ever occur to you that they might already have names? Do you have a name, Charlie?

[The bear points at itself and says "Grawghh". Cadence just smiles.]

Charlie it is, then.

They only speak bear. I wonder if anyone is bilingual in bear language.

[Sips her water, shrugging.]

You should try the salmon rolls. They're fantastic.

Weird. I've seen strange stuff, but I've never seen bears that make sushi or anything.

[He glances briefly at the menu, then hands it back to "Charlie".]
