What is this world coming to?
A mouse has eaten half of my silicon garlic peeler. I am making Vegan (really!) Hoppin' John ala Mckennl and Msviolaceous. Sadly, when it called for a dark beer, the only one I could think of was the 8 month old ones that have been in the cooler on my back porch since last July and just today I put them in the GIANT garbage can and loaded that in the back of my truck to go to the dump soon. So, I used a Bud Lite that dad bought when he was here last August? Sad, indeed. I hope the Bud doesn't ruin the concoction.
January has been very january for me, lightened only by the delightful incursion of the puppies. I loves them, I does. I have pictures. They're right here. On my camera. I will try to upload them tomorrow.
