Should I really have to hang a sign outside my office saying "No, I can't magically pull Microsoft Office out the ether and reinstall it your personal Win98 laptop because you neglected to actually make a copy of the cd when you pirated it. I'm not a lawyer, but I doubt you have any legal recourse against the guy you paid to fix your machine. Besides, none of this is even vaguely my responsibility" - or should that just go without saying?
Maybe I need some sort of brain-teaser lock system. Similar to "you must be this tall to ride". "Your critical thinking skills must exceed this bare minimum to make requests of me".
