You're in a town that is ruled by some sort of death god (we call it "Zeit"). Every now and then, Zeit likes to kill. He usually just kills one... though, there are times when it's more than one person that dies. There has even been a time, when he killed in the form of a "game".

Of course, ...killing isn't all he does. Sometimes, he'll put victims into comas. It can last from a few days, to a month. Though, I don't doubt that he could make it last longer than that.

Yes, people have tried to find a way out of this town. That ended in one of the people falling into a coma.

No, we haven't officially tried to stop Zeit. For one, we don't really know what he looks like. Two, we don't even know where to begin looking for him.
