Ugh...

Well, last week was a total failure... I did pretty much nothing... I mean, I was sick with a cold and on the verge of an ear infection, but I could have done a /little/ something if I hadn't just been so 'blah' about everything.

Anyway... I'm lucky not to have suffered any weight gain. Not only was last week bad for not exercising, but I also didn't eat that well either. When I'm sick I either eat a LOT or a VERY little. This time it was more so the latter.

You know what I really hate... marketing... I bought some "veggie straws" and "apple straws" thinking they might actually contain a veggie/fruit serving per serving of straws, but no... they're just empty crappy calories, and addictive so I eat too many in a sitting. I feel like I keep eating them so they'll be gone and I won't be able to eat them anymore. How messed up is that? I really would like some veggie snacks that are really a veggie serving per serving. Anyone know of any such snacks? Of course their's dried fruit, and actual apple chips, which really ARE dehydrated apple. :-\ I really want a Vitamix so I can blend up veggies into juice/smoothies/soups and not have to deal with the textures and uh... chewing.. lol
