[ he waved towards the other boy ]

[ Gareki was looking at a impressive display of goggles at the vendors when Nai called to him. He turned towards the voice and gave a small wave in return. ]

[ Nai waved back energetically

[So guess who's pokin' around the vendors, too? Zuzu is! He's combing over the things from a nearby stall that look like items from his world. How unnerving. He checks over things to see if anything here would be useful. The prince, despite being a prince, only has pocket change. Maybe he can barter.]

[He looks up to see Nai, a familiar face, and an unknown person shopping around, too. He doesn't say anything though. They're prolly busy, and Zuko is a shitty conversationalist anyway.]

[ Nai hears someone nearby, so he turns over to look at who had come at the vendors.

Oh! Someone he knew! Nai waved his hand ]

Zuko-san!

[Oh, hey there kid. Have a slight smile.]

Hey Nai. Um, it's just Zuko.

Anyway, uh, What's up?

[ Nai nods. "Zuko" it is then ]

Me and Gareki were looking at stuff! Were you too?

[He nods.]

Yeah. It looks like they have stuff from home here.

[ Gareki takes a step to the side as Zuko and Nai have their conversation. He awkwardly stands behind Nai, watching the two silently. As far as shitty conversationalist goes, Gareki certainly joined Zuko near the top. ]

[ Nai notices Gareki chillin behind him ]

Oh oh! Zuko, this is my friend Gareki from home!

[Zuko notices the man awkwardly standing behind the kid. Oh, his name is Gareki?]

Oh. Um, Hi Gareki.

[ Gareki scans the other from head to toe, particularly noting the scar, but doesn't stare at it for long, nor does he think anything of it. ]

[Wait, wut? He doesn't even know the kid standing behind him. Zuko idly touches the back of his neck. He vaguely notices Gareki looking at his scar. It makes him uncomfortable, and he visibly turns to the side in an attempt to hide it.]
