Take that bad luck!

Okay...

I drove out to Roxboro last evening to at least see my little sister on her birthday. I gave her a book of folk tales so she can have bedtime stories (they're all about two-four pages long so no excuses.) The great panda adventure movie because old kid movies are better than the new ones. I also gave her a mix CD because she was jealous of the one I gave Hannah. My mum mentioned in passing that Becca actually really likes it when I visit and the reason she always seems so hyper is because she wants to see me. That really made me feel good, since I can never tell if I'm doing a good job as an older brother.

I'm kinda sad because I missed a call from Eric because I don't get reception out there.

The other bad side is that I had to register for classes today and write some papers and my mum's dial up internet wouldn't work. So I drove to my grandma's in Durham and discovered that pink sheep of paper that the dog had chewed up last night.. was my registration number.

So I drove back to Greensboro and registered because no one would answer their phone and give me the number. I had Good timing since I took up the last available spot in a class I really needed.

I have secured my classes and written one of the four papers I need to do this weekend.
Also my heat works now. Landlord forgot to turn the breaker on after he switched it during the summer.

So now I have to drive back to Durham to Nacy's so I can go to Savannah with her, to testify in court to help Danielle. I'm beginning HWY 85/40 and HWY 49.

So I just have to tough it out, and survive my awful classes and horrible professors who make my school life hell, *cough* Brian Ellis *Cough* Mrs. Merrium. Next semester will be better. Look at the good and keep moving forward. Got to stop that nasty habit of fretting over things I cannot change and stick to doing what I can.

On a happy note my Mum got the job. My family as managed once again stick it to bad luck.
