(no subject)
Cable and internet were out yesterday. They still are because I'm writing from school.
It was unbearable because I missed Project Runway, and then this morning during homeroom I, Heather, and Holly were screaming in the halls for someone who could tell us what happened because none of us watched it. I also missed still getting the last episode of Paradise Kiss (but I doubt the fansubbers got that up yet). I missed two tv episodes where sharply dressed men get their dreams dashed (provided I have the ParaKiss spoilers correct).
It's more unbearable because thousands in the county are without power, so restoring their power is more important than getting me internet access, so I might not get it back for a lon time. It's a selfish thought but I can't help it! I've missed out on a day (or more) of life in the outside world.
On a lighter note, I gave Holly some viewbooks for womens' colleges I wasn't applying to because I don't like throwing things away and would much rather reuse or give away blah blah, and she went CRAAAAAZY. It was funny, but I was thinking a little, "Oh no, what have I started?"
