Oh my... I love this so much!! I don't think I stopped grinning like an idiot throughout the whole thing. You have such a wonderful gift for detail... I felt like I was right there with them on the beach. And I know it's probably silly but this was one of my favorite parts:

Hoping to silence him, Veronica had shoved a piece of chocolate in that sarcastic mouth of his. He looked amused as he chomped away. “Shh, don’t ruin the moment,” her tone was playful but her stare conveyed an edge of sincerity.

Logan held her gaze. “Wouldn’t dream of it, Mars.” He bent down and dropped a tiny Eskimo kiss to her little, wind chilled nose before lacing their fingers together. “Wouldn’t dream of it.”

^Just this little tidbit of a scene made my heart flutter....you could almost see the intimacy despite both Logan and even more so Veronica's attempts at avoiding the characterization of their relationship. That's the thing I love most about LoVe. There really never has to be any words, although they are nice, too, their actions, mannerisms, eyes tell their whole story. You've captured that beautifully not just here but in the whole fic.

And this:

“Here...” He bent down, capturing her lips on a giggle. Lowering Veronica on her back, he laid at her side, hovering over her. His left hand then began unbuttoning her black blouse. After the first few buttons gave way Logan slipped his hand inside. “And here...” he added, before cupping the sheer lace of her bra in his palm. Veronica arched up into his touch on impulse and Logan drew in the kittenish mewl that escaped her. Suddenly realizing his other underlying implication - he was covering her heart - a shot of something like love coursed through her; the simple gesture was unusually moving.

^completely made my fangirl heart squee! That and the fact that it was hot *and* incredibly romantic!

Alright.. I'm done. I didn't mean to get all analyzing on you. But I loved it and I wanted you to know. Thanks for writing!!!
