(no subject)
it feels like saturday, and that's really annoying because my body thinks i still have one more day of the weekend, but this weekend's been awesome, so i don't have a reason to complain.
friday - six flags. SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FUN! marisa's such a dweeb for bumming out at 7:45 to do annotations all freakin day. i still can't believe she did that. she totally missed out. i mean, who wouldn't want to ride rolle coasters, deal w/ assholes, eat funnel cake, wait in line, laugh hysterically, stalk teach-i mean...oh wow. good times!! i just wish we'd had more time in the park. i see that as a reason to go back this summer. who's up for it???
saturday - annotations. all. damn. day. i got a ton done, then had the CUBU awards banquet thing in the evening. it was an informal, casino night deal and it was a lot of fun!! too bad i suck at gambling. i cut out of that around 9:15 to head to reston towne centre to see sin city with mike, connor and carolyn. maria didn't think i'd like it. everyone else said i would. sorry maria, majority rule. an awesome movie, both cinematically and dramatically. the acting was very, very well done, but like everyone's said, the most amazing part about it is the way it's done so similar to a comic book. the illustration, the color...and i love the parts when the three separate story lines coincide.
today's pretty laid back...went to 7:30 mass and then wrote my review for robinson's "morph" from thursday, and here i am. i think i'm going to go nap...i only got 5 hours of sleep. adios muchachos
