My scanners are poised, my cameras are ready, and I scan the Atlantic Ocean vigilantly.
It's hurricane season.
I see trouble currently brewing over the Dominican Republic and an interesting wave by the Lesser Antilles. I chat with mon ami Meteosat-8 and we discuss various systems we see developing off the coast of Africa. He has been rather cranky of late, especially since they didn't allow him a vote in the recent UK elections and he believes the EU is on the verge of dissipating. However, perhaps he will send up his feed later.
Our "little brother"'s launch date has been pushed back again to July 5th. Really, it cannot come soon enough. I am worried about my sister 10's stability as of late. Her AI emotion program has been bouncing about like a child's rubber ball. I realize she has been under stress lately, what with continental storms and her relationship issues, but I don't understand how she can allow this program to get the best of her. Normally she's such a bright, cheerful satellite. I really hate watching her do this and I wish I could help her reign control of her emotion programs.
9 went into her programming and tinkered a bit. He's testing out a couple of scripts: StJohnWort.mcr and Sam-E.mcr. Last week he built a program to help her short attention span: ConcentrateMultiVit.exe. He just loaded those scripts today so it might take a while for us to notice an effect, but hopefully it will help. He's also preparing EveningPrimroseOil.exe in case the others don't help much. I just want to see my sister back to her old self again.
Don't tell her I said that. ;-)
