Nice weekend
Headed into london yesterday to see Desdemona and ultraviolet and wander around camden market, eating awesome cappuchino doughnuts and eating moroccan food while pining to feel rich enough to actually afford something from cyberdog. I did buy a cyberdog beach towel, which uh..well I dont really know when Ill next be on a beach but It looks pretty cool anyway. Still the trip itself wasnt much of a success form the point of view of clothes buying, I might resort to some mail ordering.
Went to UVs and hung out drinkingin vodka and watching Pom Poko which made us both cry and the venture brothers season 2, both really fun tho I did end up pretty much falling asleep from too much drinking and staring at their amazing big screen thang. Sadly I had to leave early in the morning before anyone was up since i had to go see my dad. A big thanks for ultraviolet being such a gracious host tho and letting me sleep on her floor.
Dad is doing good, but i was still pretty exhausted, still we had a nice meal and talked - his health is on the up again, but he is still on a bucket of pills! Ugh right now I think i may go lie down and try and rest a little.
