I'd never been on a protest march before. Never. I'd also never used Twitter to engage with crowd fundraising before this year began. 2017 is proving surprising in a number of different ways.But when I read from one man who allegedly pertains to "make love and tolerance prevalent throughout the world", who then closed the door in the name of national security, refusing to admit a single refugee in from Syria - that's breaking point. That's when solidarity matters. That's when I found my voice.
