1. anti-heros:
   Both the band and the character type. I like characters that are true to themselves and play by their own rules. They may do things that no one likes or agrees with, but they do what they see they believe they need to. As to the band, sining along with Donald in the car, good times.
2. books:
   My truest friends. Books can take you anywhere and make you anything. They are ultimate freedom. I love the musty smell of the pages and the grainy feel of the paper.
3. cooking:
   It's a cycle. First, you create, and you get the aromas. Then, when it's finished you get to enjoy the taste. And then, when your belly is full, you realize that you satisfied yourself, and that is a great feeling.
4. good movies:
   Second only to books.
5. isaac asimov:
   An amazing man, with amazing ideas. In 100 years the world will begin to resemble the universe he created in his novels.
6. music in general:
   Genre doesn't matter, all music captures a feeling, and if that feeling is unique, then I enjoy it.
7. noir style:
   Flash. Lighting. Crash. Thunder. The bullets wizzed by my head in slow motion. Bullets with butterfly wings.
8. rugby:
   Sport of kings. Thirty men on a field trying to kill each other, and when it's over they're as close as brothers. It's honorable, and it's fun.
9. scotland:
   My ancestral homeland. The blood of the highlands courses in my veins, someday I'll go there.
10. ska:
    When those beats get in my blood I can't help but dance.
