(no subject)
i just started the daunting task of reading stephen king's "the stand". i must say, even though i'm only 100 pages or so in, it's getting me excited to write something. anything. the ideas are starting to pour in and now it's just a matter of deciding which ones to focus on.
apartment hunting...was frustrating for most of the day. now we have a much better idea of where we want to live, which is right in the thick of things. this will cost more money, of course, but what else were we expecting? you people living NOT in southern california make me jealous with your lower rent and cheaper houses...then again you don't get to live in southern california so in my mind it's worth it. sorry, but i need my sunlight on a regular basis to stay sane.
