Anybody else on my flist a fan of our dear Bakanishi? aka Akanishi Jin? You know, the one with an amazing voice who is also extraordinarily hot? So yesterday was my first real day at Target. It really wasn't bad. I thought I'd get stuck watching boring videos or something, but instead I did some independent register training, then I pretty much started working on a register. It's really not hard, and since I've been a cashier before, it came pretty easy, although there are some things that are new to me, of course. Like the fact that they time your transactions, so that you get either a "G" for green or "R" for red. You start at 100%, and it goes down for every "R" you get. So you have to keep your speed up. I can handle that. And all of my coworkers that I talked to were really nice, so I think I'm gonna like it at Target. I hope, haha. I work again tomorrow, so we'll see. But thank goodness I'm making money again.
Today was fun too. School was alright. Took a test in my Shakespeare class, finished watching Thank You for Smoking in my advanced comp class (I must admit, I thoroughly enjoyed that movie), so overall, school wasn't bad at all. But gahhh, I have to appear for jury duty next Tuesday, which is a school day. -_-'' And freaking crap, I didn't realize soon enough that I can postpone it, so I'm stuck going. I had better not get put on a case. Like, seriously. Cuz yeah, school. -_-'' But anyway. So then Yuri came over today and we watched NEWS on Heyx3 (seriously, what kind of talents were those? Koyama looked like he was embarassed for everyone the whole time, and when he apologized for his lame imitation of his grandmother sneezing, it was so funny XD). And then we watched the Touch DVD, which pretty much killed our brain cells cuz it was pretty cheesy but totally entertaining. XD And THEN we watched the IWGP special which I didn't even know existed until I came across it the other day. It was pretty awesome, of course, although I wish Takashi had been in it more, cuz he's pretty much amazing. So yeah, today was fun. ^_^ And I'm looking forward to the weekend cuz Sunday will be first a bunch of us hanging out at Khai's house, then apparently at some point we're going to Dan's house? I'm still a little unclear about the plan, haha. But it will be fun, for sure. :D
