Quick update
It really has been a week since I last posted, hasn't it? I used to post every day. I'm still alive, I promise. I'm not dropping out of fandom or anything, but somehow I haven't had the same enthusiasm for fandom lately that I used to have, which I think is part of why I haven't been posting as much. So let's see, what's been going on with me lately...
☆ Helped move stuff around in the youth room on Wednesday. It was sort of fun. I dragged my brother along, even though it's not his church, and he was totally more helpful than I was, haha. He's way better at stuff like that than I am...
☆ Watched a movie at Mike's house last night with Mike (obviously), David and Yuri. It was fun. ^^ I was bummed that Yuri's and my original plan for karaoke fell through, but I'm glad we were able to find something else fun to do~
☆ At work yesterday, this old man was talking to me about how he's never seen me at Target before (he asked me if I was new- I've worked there for two years, orz), and then kept talking about how pretty I am. At one point he said, if he was forty years younger, he'd be sitting on my doorstep. There's a fine line between being a sweet old man and a creepy old man, and I'm not quite sure which side of the line that was on. >_> He also thought I was 19 and was shocked when I said I'm 25, haha. I get that a lot...
☆ I still think they need to rethink Mote Arashi! Dame Arashi!, because the ice water thing is really kind of horrible. D: Also, the VIP Room segment isn't as funny anymore as it was when it first started, I don't think...
☆ I think I might find out soon where I'm gonna be placed in Japan. :D I'm hoping for Osaka, but of course it's wherever they need me most.
☆ Also, I hope I get the clean, edited copy of my support letter soon, so that I can start sending letters out. I feel a bit like I'm not doing anything with my life right now, even though I'm supposed to be raising my support, and that, combined with overthinking a certain something else *cough*, is starting to get to me. I think I'm happier when I'm at least relatively busy. Too much free time for an extended period of time is not a good thing, at least not for me.
☆ Currently dl'ing Jin and Yamapi on Music Station. ^^
...I feel like there's more I should be talking about here, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
