The world is a strange place.
So I'm currently watching the Super Live (since I've been watching it in parts) and I currently have two comments. 1. I like how you can always tell that a JE group is up next before you can see them on the screen by the fangirls SCREAMING THEIR HEADS OFF. Seriously, NEWS just performed and some of the screams sounded more like they were getting stabbed than that they were excited. Wow. 2. Hirai Ken mentioned Arashi again! :D I don't know if any of you actually clicked the link to newshfan's journal a couple entries back to a video she subbed from 2006 with Hirai Ken talking about being a huge Arashi fan, and how he loved Kitto Daijoubu and such. Well, in the Super Live he mentioned again that he's a fan (I wish I could've seen Arashi's reaction!) and I think he said that he went to karaoke with a bunch of people and sang Arashi songs. I WANT TO SEE THAT, OH GOSH. So he's been a fan at least since 2006, which means he's been an Arashi fan longer than me, and probably a lot of you guys too. Strange.
And I'm assuming most of you by now, even if you haven't watched Shukudai-kun by now, have at least heard about it? If you haven't, you can find out what happened at ohmiyaday. Ohmiya, oh gosh. So awesome. ♥ And I have to say, the whole thing was very well-executed by Nino. Both the timing, and the avoidance of answering Ohno's questions. XD Oh, and the Shukudai-kun released by enoarashi was pretty awesome too. Anything involving the nipple shirts has got to be good. Oh, and their "sexy poses." Ohno looked like a yankee or something. XD
Jamie's coming over tomorrow! :D And we are going to go eat at Osaka and it will be AWESOME. And we're going to try to make cookies from this mix she brought me as an omiyage from Japan! Although I think she may possibly have a little too much faith in our Japanese abilities. There's a lot of kanji on that box. I'm also kind of excited cuz Jamie actually came to me wanting to see the episode of Himitsu with Haruna Ai, and also the VS Arashi special that she saw commercials for while in Japan. I think I might also show her the Shukudai-kun with Daigo so that maybe her hatred for him will decrease slightly. XD (She's a visual kei fan and she views him as a travesty, I think. All I did was mention his name to her and she was like OH GOSH I HATE DAIGO and proceeded to tell me why. lol~)
Hm...did I do anything else exciting today? School was okay. I feel like I'm starting to establish my new routines. Like on Tuesdays and Thursdays during my break, going to the Union with my laptop. Oh, and I saw Khai today! I haven't seen him in a while, even though he lives in Elk Grove, haha. He asked if I wanted to do the rajio taisou (sp?) again for the Japan culture night (day?) and I was like HECK YES. It was super fun last year. :D And he asked me for drama recommendations, which I am always happy to give. I told him Maou. He seemed pretty interested when I told him the basic plot line. I will spread the love of this drama to the ends of the earth!
...Okay, I'm starting to get a little too weird. Time to end this entry before it gets any worse.
