Wow...the past week has been incredible with soccer....let me explain
tuesday-everyone, including the papers...say gross point south is to win the district and fraser is going to be blown out..well screw them! we win 1-0...biggest upset i think so far
thursday-we play east detroit..we win 5-2..but we all have a bad game..so coach is a lil worried bout fridays game and how we will perform...thanx AO for coming out!
Friday-us vs gross point north for the district title..we score in first half so itz 1-0 at halftime. They come out get a brekaway score in the middle fo the second half 1-1...we go into the first over time...both teams get chances but no1 capitalizes..we go to second over time....everyone heart's stop wen julie getz a yellow card and must sit out...lisa plays sweeper...with about 5 minute left.....lisa crosses it and Suzie barely touches the ball but itz over the goal line and fraser wins the district championship!WE go nuts...dogpile...yelling..hugs...tears..everything you can image..all because we've worked our butts off the pat 6 months..and it was all worth it!!!we aren't going home.....our seniors are stil here..we have the medals..and we r one win away form being ranked in the state..there are 16 teams left..on wedneday there will b only 8..and we will be one of those 8...we bring home the distric title which as been done in 16 years......
This coming Wednesday:
we play stevenson or troy..not sure who won..will find out tomorw in papers...come and watch us..we need a huge crows..itz at 4 @ utica..as of rite now come watch us!!!!!!!GET a freaking ride 5$...cough it over for ur fraser rambler soccer team...the only team left in the running for any state title.... :)..and we will bring that trophy back to our school...we will..B.E.L.I.E.V.E.
i love my senoirs.....i dont want them to go home..espcialy ashley....she's treated me like her 2nd lil sis.. :)
