"Our big move will come in the winter, when they aren't expecting it. Until we are fully ready here, we must be patient. But..." He paused and glanced at Grimmjow, looking to assauge him. "If we get our information, we can begin to move against them within a week or two. Maybe sooner."

Grimmjow fought the urge to roll his eyes. 'When they aren't expecting it?' Ch, they wouldn't be expecting it right at this moment, now would they? Calls to be patient and wait things out fell on deaf ears as Grimmjow resisted the urge to call the leader out on it and demand they start moving.

"A week or two? What kind of information are we talkin' about?" Grimmjow finally managed. A week or two was short, almost too short. If he could get whatever information Aizen needed, then that 'week or two' would be even shorter, something Grimmjow wouldn't mind in the least.

I want the secret... of their tea! godoftheworld October 27 2006, 16:20:31 UTC
At least Grimmjow was now a bit more focused on the task that Aizen was preparing him for. He smiled, stepping around the throne, then stopped and turned to face Grimmjow.

"We need to know what their plans are in Karakura. There are those ryoka who come from there... and Urahara Kisuke." He almost spat the name out in disgust; there was no love lost for the former head of the Research Division. Kisuke, always enigmatic and often displaying nonchalance towards his work, had been brilliant yet often immature. "I have little doubt that Soul Society will seek to move towards Karakura and establish ties with them. If we can determine who they send and what those ties will inevitably be, we can sever them and leave them off guard. That will make them vulnerable to attack later."

[Grimmjow] Stop with the tea! No wonder they think we're all fuckin' queers keikain October 28 2006, 23:07:39 UTC
Grimmjow did not miss the slur on Urahara's name. Brutal and bloodthirsty he might be, the outright ire in Aizen's voice at the name was rare. He took note, but he wasn't going to ask questions. If this Urahara Kisuke was interesting enough when Grimmjow finally got to go to surface, he'd do his own little intelligence gathering. If not? Well, a hand through the chest would be more than enough of an end for him.

"So, how are we gonna do that, exactly?" Grimmjow pressed. Obviously, Aizen was open for questions if he was blabbering away like this, but Grimmjow wasn't seeing where he fit in. You didn't send a blue-haired guy with a hole in his stomach unless you were willing to attract more than a little attention and Aizen didn't sound like attention was what he wanted just yet.
