Ishida couldn't help a soft smirk and he adjusted his glasses at Hitsugaya's short reply. He wasn't as entertaining to snark against as Kurosaki (gasp, not that Ishida actually enjoyed his sarcastic snippy conversations with Kurosaki, not in the least! But his interaction with the spiky haired shinigami could be entertaining one days that Ishida was especially bored) but it would do for now.
Ishida was so caught up in his 'fufufufu'ing over Hitsugaya, he didn't even notice what the two girls were talking about and doing. Until Hitsugaya got in a tizzy over something, and there was nothing wrong with Ishida's shirt, so he glanced over.
"Wha-- GAH!" The boy turned beet red and he resisted running and ducking behind the bench away from the half exposed breasts and instead just slapped his hands over his eyes. "W-what are you two doing! We're in public!"

Making a face at her captain, she pulled Orihime's shirt down just as the girl realized the particular situation they'd found themselves. Ha! She should have pulled up her own shirt! That would have really made them panic and fluster.
Rangiku settled back down on the bench, chewing on the finished popsicle stick. "We should go shopping. I need new clothes too. Preferably ones that don't sport propositions across my breasts. I think I've broken a totally of thirty-three noses today because of this shirt. Men are just perverts when it comes to breasts!"

Orihime let out a little sigh of relief as Rangiku lowered her shirt. Toushiro and Ishida were getting so worked up about it! The teenager found herself far more embarrassed by their reactions than she had been about being exposed. Rangiku, of course, didn't seem at all flustered by what she had done. Orihime wasn't sure whether to be admiring or appalled by the older woman's shamelessness.
"I've never had a problem with guys and my breasts," she commented thoughtfully. Tatsuki would say differently, but Tatsuki often talked about guys and their "wandering eyes" and Orihime had yet to see a pair of eyes walking out of a guy's head. Even the most sensible people had to have their crazy ideas, Orihime supposed. "Then again," the girl continued, eyeing Rangiku's chest. "Your breasts are bigger than mine." Maybe her breasts just didn't fit the bill.
