The common response to a story like this from the dipshits on the conservative right of the world would probably be unadulterated bigotry. You have to protect the children, family values are dieing blah blah blah.
Why is the issue of educating children about being gay or lesbian always boil down to sex?

I think it says a lot of things where you're head is at if this is such a hot button issue with you.
These stories are geared towards teaching kids tolerance and acceptance, not what they should be doing in the bedroom. And if you think it's anything but, perhaps you need to get your head examined.
Further, I think you need an even bigger reality check if you think a book is going to make your child gay.
And anyone who believes in a so called "homosexual agenda" is so appallingly stupid I'm surprised they're allowed out. Like there's some grand conspiracy out there to make all kids gay.
