Does this mean I'm a scifi fan?
01. New and Spring ready (though I was totally not thinking of that when I first saw it) layout! Made by heylove @ DW (um, how do you cite DW users on LJ if your post is not cross-posted from DW?) and then ported over to LJ and modified by me. Can I just say: YAY GREEN, my favouritest colour of all time!
02. Dear trolleys, please stop inflicting your perverted Brad/Ray-ness on the rest of humanity! Because last night, I had a dream where Brad/Alex (it might have been Alex as I believe they were in Sweden) was being blackmailed by/working for some skeevy dude, and he had to steal a boatload of cash, and Ray was his handler/contact/getaway driver. So anyway, they meet up at this restaurant where they stealthily sit at separate tables, and Ray keeps sending over drinks and appetizers and miming for Brad/Alex to eat his fingerfood sexily and Brad/Alex was all amused and obliging him. There was so much flirting that even my dream self was like, "OMG IS THIS A BRAD/RAY STORY???"
(Also, there was a kind of funny sequence where Brad smashes through a window to escape, and then like 10 secs later, Ray saunters out the door that held the window and is all, "Dude, what is wrong with you?" ♥)
In conclusion, trolleys (and by association shoshannagold - yes, I'm looking at you!), your attempts at world domination Brad/Ray subterfuge have FAILED because if I had not woken up, I'm sure Nate would have shown up later being totally dashing and badass and gotten Brad anyway SO THERE! ;D ;D ;D
03. You know that "3 things" meme that everyone is doing? Well, I just wanted to answer the "THREE THINGS YOU WANT BADLY RIGHT NOW" question:
So my first thought was "1) to have Stark Sands' babies? (no, totally kidding!)", but then I thought if the want described there were the unconstrained "anything goes" sort of want, then what I want most right now is:
1) Hyperspace technology
2) An egalitarian socio-economic/political world system
3) Happiness
My boyfriend pointed out that 2 out of 3 of my answers benefited everyone (his? not so much ;)), but you know, it's not really something altruistic on my part. I just think that with the way wealth is distributed currently, even if I were fabulously wealth and gave money away by the billions, I'd still wouldn't be able to really enjoy it without feeling guilty.
But also hyperspace technology because I want to explore new worlds. :)
