As passé as it is, while it seems like it was rather interesting being the opposite sex, I have to say I find it a relief to be back to normal. I do hope you all won't let this deter you from studying for your tests, be they OWLs or NEWTs ( Read more... )

Don't call me "dear." And I hardly think being better than my parents is unreachable; my mother maybe but definitely not my dad.

Perhaps in some cases it's not unreachable, no, but in most cases it can be. Your father could well be a prime example for that if what you're saying is anything to go by.

I believe people should forgive if they so feel inclined to. If you believe he doesn't deserve it, that's your decision.

I find it quite irritable when people tell me I should consider doing something that goes against my nature. I've never personally met your father so I don't believe I can say a good word for him.
