Earlier today, I arrested one Shichiyou Kurayami as he was attacking Nunnally Lamperouge in Junk City with the assistance of Euphemia Li Britannia, Cornelia Li Britannia, Gino Weinburg, and Resa Vanuatu. Other than myself and Kurayami, there were no injuries.

Kurayami is currently undergoing medical treatment here at DATS Neon, but considering some of the abilities and history of this man mentioned in the posts of one Hoshi Hikari-Kyoyama... I'm a little concerned with keeping him in DATS Neon. It may be better to have him transferred over to the Royal Base's prison as soon as possible where if he managed to escape it would be a little harder to slip into obscurity. Considering how Neon City is... in the worse case scenario it would probably be best to make things as difficult for him as possible.
