She's a mandrake. A long time ago, it was believed that mandrake roots were tiny humanoids who would scream horribly if they were pulled up improperly and drive everyone who heard it mad. I kept trying to draw some sexy plant girl for this one, but nothing was working out. Then I remembered mandrakes, so yay.
