And you know what, I fucking agree with Bunin. Life has to have a perfect moment, something that nothing else can ever live up to, and we all might as well die after the moment has passed.
I feel like my moment passed in Russia, but unlike Bunin, I can't just forgo hope for something more. Or even less likely than that, a recreation of that moment. That's what I'm living for and I can't stop thinking about Bunin.
