Alize is Haruhi's best friend and big sister all in one. She's great to plot and have adventures with, and yet protective of Haruhi when it comes down to it. Alize is one of the few people that Haruhi deeply trusts and isn't nervous about being intimate with.

Zack is also a big brother figure for Haruhi ever since he took care of her when she got drunk. She also loves the fact that Zack is playful, fun and willing to indulge her wild and silly ideas.
