Another wonderful day!
Things were actually going really well today.
And then BAM!
On top of all the other things eating at me at the moment, I get this at home! Father is back into coke! Apparently pretty heavily too!
So I did a little bit of therapeutic yelling on my way to the gym. Followed by a shit load of therapeutic exercise.
My body loves me.
