It's not that we don't like you, we don't know.
This is a community for many things, one thing that we do not accept however are posts that specifically cater to advertising.
I'm glad you know your way around an image editing program but we can find it in communities geared for that very purpose.
There isn't an application but general rules:
Have a journal for more than 3 months.
Post in it recently (we will accept it up to two weeks. example: User posted 4 weeks ago. NO.)
Be an actual contributing member of LJ. Not just a community journaler. You know what that is, even if I just went along and wrote it.
It's simple. We don't bite. Hard..
