I'm lazy so I'll only do this for Chroche, Yurippe and Theo.
Yurippe:
Kanade: A snowglobe and probably some cute hair accessories. Also some instant mapo tofu packets.
Yui & Iwasawa: ...probably something cool related to music.
Hinata: YOU GET COAL but if you come confront her, she'll give you your real gift which is a catcher's mitt.
Otonashi: Medical books.
Noda: A PSP and some games for it.
Naoi: ...rare stalkery pictures of Otonashi.

Will probably give accessories to the Persona users in the SEES dorm that help boost their stats or something. Minako is special and also gets some awesome Persona skill cards though.
