Shaved Kitty
Well we shaved Bear yesterday. He now looks like a lion. He is much happier though now since we shaved him. He was pretty miserable with the heat that we have been having... We all are misserable though. His spirits have picked up since yesterday.
The heat out here has been pretty bad. With the humidex we have been reaching 40 degress no problem. We have no AC in the house and so we are dying a slow death inside. The house right now is 29degress... It's very icky. We need a thunder storm to help out.
Well now on to the job.. They have been screwing around with my schedule again but I didn't take it and I raised hell by going to the most highest manager that we have on our site, the Site Director. He told me to see someone and they would deal with it... Well they dealt with it in a matter or minutes and now I have my weekend shift off again. I am back to my 8:45-5:15 mon-fri shift. YYEEEAAAHH for me and my raising heck:)
Well other than that not too much is up in my life... BoyToy is good, cats are good,
OH I am getting to go to Calagary for a week and my parents are going to drive out to see us. Boytoy's sister, SkaterGirl, has been accepted to Universtiy of Calagary and is moving there for Aug 1st. They are all going to convoy her stuff out there and I am going to meet up with them since I can't afford the time off. I am going to fly there for July 29th. My parents are going to drive over with the dogs and trailer..
It's the meeting of the parents..... BoyToy has met my parents but it is his parents and my parents turn to meet.
It should be fine... We're gonna go up to Banff from the sounds of it and then my parents will depart from Banff and head home and we will do the same but in the opposite direction..
Sorry IslandGirl.. I tried to make it so that I came home to see you but it's not gonna happen.. I guess the next time will be for our future unplaned wedding.. well hopefully before that...
