Guten Morgen
Owie, my feet are ridiculously swollen. I suppose all the standing and not so much water intake isn't the best thing in the world for me. Spring has arrived at last here in Monument - it feels and looks gorgeous with all the trees and flowers in bloom I am so sad I can't go hiking today but if my feet weren't swollen I doubt my allergies would allow it so I shall sit behind my window and enjoy the outside from the inside. I go get this stinking biopsy done this afternoon. I am going to be so happy to have it done and over with. I don't think the actual test will be too bad but have you ever noticed how we take the unknown and imagine the worst?I know I do!
Tomorrow I am going with my sister and Patti Sue to see Indiana Jones - I am so so excited!!!!! Not only for the movie but we are going to the new theater which open tomorrow and is just up the road from here.
My room is sparkling clean. The past two days I've been waking up at 5am - no reason it just hits about 4:45ish and I am wide awake. So this morning I decided to get up - clean up my room and rearrange my closet so all my winter things were in the back and all Spring/Summer were moved forward. I find things easier in a messy room but there is something so satisfying in a clean room.
So I have decided to accept the promotion at work. I spent a lot of time debating it and thinking/praying about it (and no that is not a cop out. I'm not being some cheesy Christian by saying God told me so I just asked if He could show me if this is what I am meant to do at the moment) I mostly decided to take it because every single partner who I worked with before I left came up to me and expressed their excitement and happiness at me being offered the position once again so I decided if my fellow partners had my back I would go for it (not to mention the pay's not too bad *shrug*.... ooo that reminds me I need to call my manager this afternoon.)
So, whole new layout. New graphics, new icon, and new mood theme. Ahhhhhh CG and coding makes me SO happy. Now if I only could get myself a job in it LOL.
