I have to ask, where were you? I don't think I could seen you anywhere but in the left-libertarian corner. Maybe I could have seen you in the right-libertarian corner. But, I would never believe you'd be in the authoritarian side at all.
Well, a few (okay, maybe more than just a few) years ago I was pretty high up there on the Authoritarian side. I was very state-centric and didn't care much about people as individuals. That has clearly changed over time.
I was actually kinda surprised at how left I landed. I guess I can really say I am a democratic socialist. Funny, cause I do believe a lot in capitalism, or at least I thought I did... I guess my idea of center is a little off and needs to be calibrated, which makes sense in light of you landing somewhat left. If a supporter of laissez faire can land left at all, I can't even imagine what the hell right means in this! :)
I support a free market. But, there are things that don't have a market; those are (some of) the things that need to be funded. Art doesn't have a market; it has philanthropist supporters.
I tend to think of the market as being for commodities, for consumables, for services, etc. I don't see most theatre as being something on the market. I know it is, being that anything that can be bought/sold/bartered is on some market, but it seems strange to put that in the same category as movies.
So apparently I'm neighbors with Gandhi, Godemp is around the corner from us both, and Lizzie is sitting on his lap.
Last time I took this test, years and years ago, I was NOT in this location!

Who wants to bet that he lands halfway between Gandhi and Hitler?
