Day 2 of office excavation

Abandoned the rope line back to the hall as dust bunnies were chewing through it. I now use plastic coated aircraft cable anchored to bed. I figure if I fall down some kind of pit, at least I'll have a comfortable place to sleep.

Excavation update:

I found a gray rug. With minimal scraping, I notice the gray matting is really just decomposing dust bunnies and dog hair. With dilligent cleaning, I think I can successfuly bare some of a nice carpet
