Surfin' Hobos
Per person:
1 jumbo scallop
2 jumbo shrimp
1 porto cap
10 green onions, chopped
10 aspergrass spears, chopped
3 pieces of bacon
3 pices of tin foil
fold 2 pieces of tinfoil together and put the third over the seam
Cut your bacon in half and put those pieces in the tin foil
put the shrimp on the bacon
put the scallop on the shrimp
dump the chopped aspergrass on the heap
dump the onions on the heap
top it all off with the cap
seal it up hobo style and drop it on the grill, bacon side to the flame
slow roast it
If you have to serve it with anything, do up some rice in the rice cooker, it's too hot to turn the stove on and anything else kinda ruins the delicacy of the whole thing, tin foil and all.
