Just anotha day

AJ is normally gone all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I decided that I'd go with him today. So we went to one of his classes, started at 12:45 and was to end at 3:45, but the TA was there, and we got out about an hour early. I've had a headache off and on today, and I wanted to go back to the apartment to sleep it off, but by the time class ended, I felt a lot better. Mariana, one of AJ's friends from Argosy, is in this class with AJ. I met her once before, and she was really sweet. Same for today. We walked together to the CVS, since it was on the way, and Mariana was parked in the back. And then AJ thought it'd be a good idea if I got something to drink and perhaps some candy, so I could have some sugar in my system. Yes, there is someone out there thinking that what I need is sugar. Then we went to the student lounge and did what it was intended for: lounging. My mom had called while we were in class (hehe, I was in class), and she wanted to tell me that she paid a large amount on my car insurance, reducing it by over $100 per month, so that'll help things a lot. Oh, and my diploma FINALLY came in. AJ and I can see it tomorrow, since we're heading into town tomorrow to work on my room. Then we're staying the night and heading to his parents' house on Saturday and coming back here on Monday.

I've been in the computer lab working on applications. That library technical assistant position is no longer on the ESC website, so I assume it's been taken. Le sigh. On the up side, I had the application to C.A. Dillon sent off last week. Murdoch Center still has the Youth Program Assistant I & II positions open. Oh, and I saw that Whitaker (school for the emotionally disturbed) has a YPA I position that sounds almost the same as the one at Murdoch. And I found something as a Social Research Assistant II for the Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. I've already filled out applications, printed them off, and printed off copies of my resume. Now I need to mail all of these things off. Maybe I'll have time to stop by the ESC tomorrow afternoon to have the person there send them off. And ooh, I just found this position in Durham as a Juvenile Court Counselor I. Wouldn't hurt to apply for that as well.

We just got back from grabbing dinner at Quizno's. We had to bring it back here, since AJ was only allowed to be gone long enough to grab food and eat it at his desk. He looks so cute at his desk.

Okie, so I have five applications printed out, and I want to print out another one, but it needs to be with legal paper. Thankfully, I have a copy of this application in my car, so I can just grab that and finish filling it out after we get back to the apartment. I feel very productive.

So how has everyone been?
