I have an icky sinus cold.
Came on yesterday. :(
Today I called in sick to work (the first time EVER in the almost-4 years I've worked there), and am taking a mental health day.....seems that the sinus cold is a catalyst to make my hormones go BLAZOOEY. So ya, I'm crying at the drop of a hat for no apparent reason. And I can't breathe out of my nose.
I hate HATE sinus colds.
And I hate not being in control of my emotions.
I'm hoping I can get a decent nap in today and hopefully that'll help a bunch.
